Ballroom & Smooth Advanced Technique

These advanced technique classes will cover flexibility, coordination, and more, helping you become a more powerful, refined dancer!
No partner is needed.
Class Requirements: Silver level and higher.

Advanced Ballroom
Drill & Practice
Every 1st and 3rd Sunday
6pm-8pm

The class begins with a 30-minute drill class focused on creating natural and powerful movements in ballroom dances. Students learn a simple, short routine and apply the principles and techniques.
The drill class is followed by 90 minutes of supervised practice.
Solo and couples are welcome.

Are you ready for your upcoming competition?
This class will help you build performance skills physically and mentally.
The 1.5 hr supervised practice session is programmed with the dance competition in mind, the practice including Final Rounds . Couples and singles are welcome.
